How long have you been doing IT work?

It has been my primary profession since 2014. But I've been tinkering with electronics my entire life.

What is your privacy policy?

To keep it short and sweet: Data collection is only for scheduling, billing, and internal client history. It will never be shared with any third party.

Do you take any COVID precautions?

I'll always bring a mask with me to any on site/home visit. It may not always be initially worn, unless explicitly requested. I'm more than happy to wear and take any precautions that make the client comfortable.

Any device that is taken overnight will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with proper cleaning products designed for each individual component.

I will not do a deep cleaning of keyboards or other difficult to reach cervices unless requested or necessary. Depending on the severity of cleaning required, additional charges may apply.

When will you start your internet service?

My initial home and headquarters on Ten Mile was removed as an option November 2021 when I had plans and funding prepared to start Spring 2022. Reworking personal housing and headquarters logistics has proved difficult. If I'm able to find further funding and support, I will be able to start within 3-9 months.

Are you still on Ten Mile?

No, as of November 2021 I no longer have a usable home base on Ten Mile. I currently reside in Bemidji, with intent to return to Ten Mile as fast as possible. Even with the distance, I'll still do my best to provide my IT services in the local Ten Mile Lake area.
